I'm posting to find a full-time weekday nanny for my (amazing, adorable) 1-year-old niece, for six months starting as soon as possible. Both parents work partly from home and grandparents are also available as backup.

I cannot say enough about how cute, clever, and engaging my niece is. The ideal nanny would read to her, help her develop her motor skills (she is already feeding herself with a spoon!), prepare nutritious meals for her, put her down for her daily nap, and take her for walks.
