A young family in Palo Alto is seeking an exceptional nanny for a full-time position to care for their two children, aged 3 and 7 months. The nanny should have a strong background in child development, particularly in toddlers. Although the 3-year-old attends preschool, he is home in the afternoons. The family wishes the nanny to be outdoors-oriented for child enrichment and experience with babies.

Duties: Full care for the kids, children's laundry, help with dishes, child-related clean up, and prepare kids' meals.
The family has a lovely dog, a 4-year-old Corgi. Walking with the dog when possible, and if the nanny is comfortable.

Compensation: $38 -40/hr
