We’re a warm, intentional family in Mountain View looking for a Mandarin-speaking part-time nanny to care for our sweet and active 15-month-old son. Our parenting style blends Montessori, RIE (Resources for Infant Educarers), and outdoor play nature-based philosophies. We value respectful, child-led care, emotional presence, and lots of time in nature.
Who We're Looking For
• Speaks mostly Mandarin during care to support language development
• Familiar with or genuinely interested in RIE, Montessori, Reggio approaches
• Calm, emotionally attuned, and responsive to a toddler’s cues
• Comfortable with long hours outdoors in all weather — we are outside rain or shine
