We're searching for a long-term, nurturing nanny. My daughter is a happy, active almost 2.5 year old. Looking for someone who is experienced (at least 3 yrs of working with 2-4 yr olds), patient, calm and reliable. Pay rate is competitive (must use payroll). Looking for someone flexible to help with childcare (cooking/feeding, playing, organizing at-home activities, reading, etc.) and household tasks (e.g., dishes, tidying up play areas, child laundry). Guaranteed 36 hrs/wk (9am-6pm), with most weeks being 40+ hrs. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be active, and be knowledgeable of Respectful Parenting or Reggio/Montessori principles.
