My wife and I have 2 girls, ages 4 and 2. We would like someone who can help for an extended period of time, or ongoing. To start, I'd like help watching the girls for a few hours on Thursday and Friday. If we find the right person, then I'd like to extend that to the weekdays.

I currently work from home but I might be moving to a hybrid schedule where I work 2-3 days in the office. My older daughter is in preschool 3 days per week, from 9 am to noon. We may put her in the full-day program which ends at 3:30 p.m.
