Nanny Needed for Infant: Provide Care, Transportation, Meals, and Flexibility

Seeking nanny who can be very flexible with my work schedule, I am active duty military and currently stand 12 hour watches that alternate monthly between DAYS(5:30am-5:30pm) and NIGHTS(5:30pm-5:30am).
Weekdays:
For DAYS I have my infant enrolled in daycare that opens at 6am. I would only need help with daycare drop-off/pickup. (Care for 3 hours)
5:00am-6:30am
5:00pm-6:30pm
For NIGHTS I would need care throughout my watch shift and commute home.
(Care for 13hours)
5:00pm-6:00am
Weekends:
DAYS (5:00am-6:30pm)
NIGHTS (5:00pm-6:30am)
*If interested we could talk more specifics on schedule since it is hectic
