The role: We are looking for a reliable, experienced nanny for our 6-month-old baby starting early March. Both parents work from home (consulting/flexible schedules) but need focused time for work.

Location: Carmel Valley, San Diego (92130)

Start Date: Early March

Schedule:
-Initially Part-Time: Approx. 20–30 hours/week (e.g., Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm or 9am-3pm, flexible. We can discuss the exact schedule).
-Potential for Full-Time: We are looking for someone flexible who is open to transitioning to full-time hours (40 hrs/week) in the future as our work projects ramp up.

Length of role: We’re hoping to find someone long-term and plan to keep a nanny until our child starts preschool.

Pay: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
-Full infant care (feeding, solids, diapering, naps).
-Engaging, age-appropriate play (tummy time, reading, walks).
-Light baby-related tidy-up (bottles, play area).

Requirements:
-Experience with infants younger than 6 months old.
-Comfortable working while parents are home.
-CPR/First Aid certified.
-Non-smoker, reliable transportation, and valid references.
