We are an easygoing family in Scripps Ranch looking for a nanny to care for our bright and very active 9 month old daughter while we both work from home. We spend a lot of time outdoors, enjoy gardening, and value simple, Montessori based activities like reading and hands on play that support her natural development. We are hoping to find a nanny who is naturally engaging, comfortable getting on the floor to play, talking and interacting throughout the day, and truly enjoys being an active part of a child’s routine. We value a screen free environment and appreciate a nanny who understands how to balance interactive play with encouraging independence as our daughter grows. Above all, we are looking for someone who feels like a natural fit in our home. We do have one friendly Australian Shepherd (no pet care required),but must be comfortable with dogs.
Schedule: The position follows a rotating two-week schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional nanny experience
Infant experience required
CPR and First Aid certified
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Up-to-date vaccinations (TDAP, MMR, COVID, Flu required)
Clear background check and driving record
