We are an open, inclusive, and busy family with two kids (5 & 6) who are energetic, creative, and kind. We’re looking for a responsible, reliable nanny who is fun, accepting, and nurturing. Both children have some additional needs (ASD, ADHD, ARFID), so consistency, routines, and gentle guidance are important, along with patience and understanding. We value someone who can balance structure with play—keeping days predictable while still encouraging curiosity, creativity, and letting kids be kids. One parent works remotely, so comfort working as a team is key. Valid drivers license needed for school pick ups.
