Hi! We're a Mission Valley family looking for a warm, reliable caregiver for our baby girl (6 months old when we start in early July). Open to either setup:

• Nanny share: Full-time M–F, 8:00–4:30, our share at $15–$20/hr.
• Solo nanny: ~3 days/week, 8:00–4:30, $24–$28/hr (we'll cover the other days).

Day to day: warm, hands-on play, naps, bottles, easing into solids, and light tidying around baby stuff. We have a gentle mini dachshund who mostly naps. Reliable car and non-smoker required.

We're easygoing, communicative, and pay fairly with guaranteed hours and PTO. Send a quick note about your infant experience and which setup interests you!
