We are first-time parents in our mid-30s with a responsive, attachment-focused parenting style, seeking a warm, emotionally grounded long-term nanny for our 5.5-month-old son. I work from home 4 days/week and breastfeed throughout the day, so we’re looking for someone comfortable with a collaborative caregiving approach.

We value reliability, proactive communication, patience, and teamwork with parents. Infant experience (especially under 8 months), long-term nanny experience, and excellent recent references are required.
