Temp FT care needed in Broomfield for 3 kids (2, 4, 6) with chance for long term

- 3 children (Toddler, Preschool, Elementary)
- $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Right now this is a temp position while we figure out long-term needs, but for a great fit, we'd like to engage in a long-term, FT role to keep the 2yo home till at least fall, 2026.
Primarily care of 2yo. 4yo is in PreK part time and 6yo is in school full time.
Responsibilities:
- Help with drop off/pick up
- Help w/ potty training
- Kids laundry and tidy after kids
- Take to activities
- Prepare kids lunch
- Occasional errands
What we're looking for:
• Someone warm, responsible, patient, and proactive
• Familiar with gentle parenting/montessori
• Very comfortable with dogs
• If long term, must be okay on payroll
Requirements
- Sitter has own car
- Comfortable with pets
- Multiples experience
