Divorced SAHD with 3 girls, ages 10, 8 and 5.5.​ This could be for you if you learn and connect through real world activities, are curious, and know how to meet a kid where they are emotionally in the moment. The girls like gymnastics, animals, acrylics, mixed media art, dance, music, imaginative play, & science experiments. The role has three core functions: (1) fostering an emotionally safe space for the girls that is filled with engaging materials and ideas, and largest time allocation; (2) partnering with dad on dishes, laundry, etc; (3) supporting family's executive functioning.(i.e., helping create and follow routines, organizing, help come up with and plan activities for the kids..).
