We have 5 y/o twin girls in fulltime preschool and 11 y/o twins in 6th grade. You’ll rarely be with all four kids alone—this is a team role alongside the parents. A typical day might mean one parent drives an older child to an activity, another handles laundry or homework, while another helps with the younger twins.

We’d love a split schedule, but live-out candidates could just cover afternoons/evenings. Occasional weekend help is a plus. Pay depends on live-in vs. live-out, experience, and housekeeping responsibilities (we already have a housekeeper who can flex). For live-in, we provide an SUV for work/personal use, private bedroom and bathroom, TV, etc.
