We're an active Littleton family seeking 2 long-term nannies to share care of three children (5,3,1). Option 1: Nanny 1 works 3 days / Nanny 2 works 2 days. Option 2: Nanny 1 works mornings / Nanny 2 works afternoons. $25-30/hr (W-2), OT 1.5x, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks PTO. Responsibilities: healthy meal prep, zero screen time play, art/STEM projects, preschool & kindergarten runs (family SUV), tidy kid spaces, kids' laundry, light errands during naps. Required: 2+ years multi-kid experience, reliable car, clean background check, vaccines, non-smoker, long-term mindset. Spanish a plus. Start 8-11 or ASAP.
