We’re looking for a warm, attentive nanny who is genuinely excited to be part of our 7-month-old son’s growth over the next few years. This is an ideal role for someone who loves early childhood development and takes initiative in creating meaningful, screen-free experiences.

* 1–2 shifts per week (~5 hours each)
* Flexible days/timing (parent works from home)
* Occasional evening/date night coverage appreciated
* Mom will often be home, with occasional time away for appointments/errands
