As a work-from-home mom of twin, 4 year old boys I'm looking for someone to help manage the home and care for the kids on a part-time basis so I can work uninterrupted. Hours are approximately 7:15-1:45, but may fluctuate or be subject to change slightly.

The boys are very independent and play well together most of the time. I will need help with snacks, meals and nap time. You should also have reasonable expectations of toddler behavior. Success in this role is to be able to consistently be on time, have the house put together before leaving, show initiative in helping to create a structured and safe environment for the kids and support homeschool activities as needed.
