The schedule is flexible, with availability needed on weekday mornings, afternoons, and weekends during the day. The ideal candidate is comfortable with pets and has experience with special needs and multiple children. Additionally, the nanny must speak Spanish to effectively communicate with the family. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, preparing meals, changing diapers, and ensuring a safe environment.
