My husband and I work hybrid schedules. We are finding it more difficult to be productive with work while caring for the children as they become more active. We have careers that can be very demanding at times.

We would like to work with someone to care for the children and help with their daily routine (feedings, nap, play time, educations lessons for toddler, etc). We hope to find someone to care for our children as if they were their own.
