The candidate’s role will be a thoughtful blend of childcare and household management. They will play an active role in the family’s son’s daily routine, including school pick-ups and drop-offs, engaging in activities such as baseball, planning fun educational experiences, & assisting with homework. Additional responsibilities include general tidying & organizing (not housekeeping), maintaining the family calendar, overseeing weekly grocery and household supply orders, meal preparation and cooking, planning and booking family travel, & organizing itineraries, among others.
Child: 11-year-old
Hourly rate & annual salary: $40-$42hr/$75k-79k+year.
Benefits:$200 monthly healthcare stipend, 5 days of paid sick time, 10 days of PTO, paid major holidays, relocation assistance, & a family vehicle.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM & Fridays, 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Very occasional Saturday care needed.
