Philadelphia Nanny Network is seeking reliable, engaging caregivers to become Now Nannies, the trusted back-up heroes for families who need last-minute support. This role is ideal for nannies with limited availability who still want steady, meaningful work — without the stress of searching for jobs.

Position Details:
-Choose just 1–2 weekdays — we’ll fill them for you
-Guaranteed 7 hours of pay/day
-$21/hr + $20 shift bonus
-Weekdays 7am–7pm (varied start/end times)
-Optional weekend shifts as a Substitute Nanny
-Healthcare + PTO accrual
-Travel up to 75 minutes (45–75 min may be paid)

Responsibilities:
-Provide back-up and emergency care
-Support children from infant to pre-teen
-Adapt quickly to new routines and households
-Maintain a professional, warm presence
-Communicate clearly with parents and agency

Requirements:
-2 childcare roles w/ references
-Infant experience
-Reliable transportation
-CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain
-Pass background check
