We’re an active, fun family of four with a 5-year-old daughter and a 3-month-old baby boy. Mom works remotely, and Dad runs his own business, so we need support during the day while juggling work and home life.

We’re looking for someone to care for our infant during the day—feeding, soothing, playing, and putting him down for naps based on his schedule. Light baby-related tidying (bottles, toys, baby laundry) would be a huge plus.

We’re located in Lake Mary, FL, and the schedule is generally 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (2-3 days a week) with some flexibility based on Mom’s work meetings. We’re offering coffee, snacks, and a welcoming environment with opportunities to grow in the role over time.
