We are a French-American mom and 9-year-old son living in a peaceful, gated community near Aventura, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable female student to live with us and help with part-time childcare and light household support.
In exchange for about 20 hours per week, I offer a private furnished bedroom with a balcony, shared bathroom (with my son), all utilities included, and a dedicated parking spot.
