We're seeking reliable care for our 2 year old in South Tampa, near MacDill Air Force Base. Pay rate will commensurate with experience.

Ideal candidates will have the following:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience as an in-home full or part time Nanny.
- Potty training experience: our child has the basics down. They need help with reinforcement and consistency
- An energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to lead a toddler, creating daily routines and structure
- Comfortable in the water and providing swimming support
- U.S. citizenship and valid U.S. license
- Comfortable around dogs: we have a 14yr old Chihuahua/Terrier mix, and 12yr old Australian Shepard/Lab mix

We're interested in someone with a joyous presence who genuinely loves teaching and caring for children, and has experience setting age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers.
