Experience caring for babies & toddlers
Excellent references
Flexible schedule – availability during the week/weekends
CPR certified is a plus
Has own reliable transportation
Comfortable with dogs
Able to prepare meals for the children
Willing to help with light housekeeping (tidying up after the kids, dishes, laundry, etc)
