Loving Nanny & Helper for B/G Twins ($500/25hrs)

Our family is searching for a wonderful, warm caregiver for our adorable 1-year-old boy/girl twins! We need someone special for a unique hybrid role, comfortable being both a sole charge Nanny and a supportive Mommy Helper. The schedule: 25 hrs/wk over 4 days!
Tue & Fri: Full Nanny Days (8 hrs each) – you'll be fully guiding our twins' day!
2 Half Days (4.5 hrs each): Choose 2 weekdays (Mon/Wed/Thu) for Mommy Helper shifts – assisting Mom while she's home too! Flexible AM or PM timing works great for us.
Need: We're looking for someone with essential infant/toddler experience. Reliable transport, CPR/First Aid are required.
French speaking is a plus but not required
