We are full-time entrepreneurs seeking a reliable, experienced full-time nanny for our 5-month-old daughter. Mom works primarily from home while Dad is often in the field, so we need someone flexible, nurturing, and highly skilled in early childhood development. The schedule is generally Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, with two weekdays (one weekday/one weekend day) off and availability on weekends or evenings as needed. No overnights currently, but passport and future travel flexibility required. Responsibilities include feeding, naps, tummy time, reading, and supporting developmental milestones. Light tidying is expected. We have two friendly dogs in the home, but no pet care is required.
