Our family is seeking a highly experienced caregiver for our infant son for a specific "bridge" period this spring. We are looking for a professional (nanny, daycare, or nursing background) to help us transition back to work.

Trial Days: Feb 25–27 (Parents home).
Working Dates: March 16–27 AND April 3–May 8.
Standard Hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Weekly Structure: This is a 4-day work week (approx. 42 hours/week). We will finalize the specific 4-day rotation with the candidate prior to the start date.

Comfortable with "on the books" payment (W2) via payroll service.
Compensation: $25–$30/hour (W2) + 1.5x Overtime. A completion bonus will be considered for a candidate who stays through the end of the term. Potential for long-term evening/weekend babysitting after May.
