Ideal candidate is warm, attentive, reliable, and genuinely passionate about infant development. Must have strong newborn experience, excellent attention to detail, and knowledge of safe sleep, feeding, and age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities include daily infant care, engaging play, milestone tracking, and regular communication with parents. Must be organized, proactive, and willing to provide verifiable references.
