After-school nanny, primarily for a 10yo with a 14yo in the background. The 10yo has autism and is sweet but prone to sensory overload and needs support to get her homework and chores done and to come down from occasional panics. The 14yo mainly needs rides.

The biggest part is transport: get the 10yo from after-school,to therapy visits and other activities, get the 14yo to sports practices. MUST have own car. Otherwise light housework, laundry, and meal prep to help a full time single dad.

The hours center around 4pm-8pm M-F. I am willing to flex these. I strongly prefer someone who can take overnights (about 2 per month) and later nights (till 9-ish pm, 1/wk).

The pay range depends on your experience; the higher rates are for someone willing to help with household coordination and special needs management.
