Baby is a good sleeper, so this position is focused mainly on: Overnight feedings (formula) Diaper changes Being available for any emergencies Ideal Match: - Demonstrated overnight newborn experience with parents at home during shifts (roughly 10pm- 4am). -Infant CPR + First Aid Certified - Reliable late-night transportation to the North Loop area. (Parking is available.) - Newborn care + soothing skills - Clear parent communication - Structured overnight routine - Safe sleep practices - Willing and able to provide 2-3 references from previous families with newborns/overnight care experience.
