Full-Time Family Assistant near Uptown Charlotte for mom and her three-year-old daughter. Hours are Mon- Thurs, 11 am - 7 pm, and occasional date nights on Sundays from 3 pm - 7 pm. Mom is flexible on the hours that the FA works. May flex, if mom is traveling for work or has a special event to attend. Best FA is reliable, dependable, and honest, and is able to anticipate the daily needs of their home and child. Mom sees this role as a partnership and a person to collaborate with.
FA will come in after daughter is at school. FA will take care of the household management tasks while their daughter is in school and ensure the home runs smoothly. At 3:00 pm, the FA would need to pick the child up after school and be focused on childcare. FA should be creative in coming up with fun activities for the child inside and outside the home that will foster an enriching educational environment.Familiarity with Montessori principles or a Montessori background a plus but not required.
Child also attends speech therapy and ballet class weekly. FA who will work with her family for years to come.Family has a mid-size dog, the nanny must not be allergic to and be comfortable with dogs.Job starts June 3, and pay is negotiable at $26-35 an hour, with Continued pay,Paid major holidays,PTO, and Paid mileage.The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
