Seeking part-time nanny for 5 month old, starting April 2, 2026.

Looking for a nanny for my daughter who will be 5 months old. Starting with 3 days a week, 9am-5pm, currently looking at Tuesday/Thursday/Friday but could change depending on work schedule once mom is back to work.
Dad is hybrid, WFH 3 days a week.
Mom is fulltime WFH, with occasional travel (could be several consecutive days a month).
Looking for someone who is easy going and just enjoys being around kids. A mixture of outdoor/indoor fun, with a side of educational learning when she's ready. Must be okay with cats, we have 4, all very friendly and mostly keep to themselves.
