Our babysitter of 8 years (!) will be leaving us to pursue schooling. We have 2 warm, loving and active children who are 7 and 10y. Given that they are in school much of the day, the role is currently about 30 hours/week, split between direct child care (including driving to activities, homework help, dinner) and household help (e. g., unloading grocery delivery, laundry, local errands). We need help Mon/Thurs/Fri about 7am-6:15pm though we can potentially spread out daytime hours a little differently if needed. Our ideal candidate blends being warm and engaging with also being proactive and organized. Our current sitter is truly part of our family and we'd love to find someone similar!
