We are a warm, loving family seeking a skilled, empathetic, and reliable part-time nanny to support our 2 young children: a spirited, creative, and possibly neurodivergent 5-year-old (ADHD or PDA) and a sensitive and joyful 2.5-year-old.

About the Role: This is not your average nanny position. Our 5-year-old thrives with structure, emotional attunement, and creative problem-solving. We are looking for someone who:
Has dedicated training in neurodivergent kids and understands neurodiversity
Can co-regulate and support emotional dysregulation
Patient, playful, and skilled at connecting with kids on their level
Can confidently and compassionately handle big feelings and behavioral challenges
