We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and caring individual to handle household and childcare duties for our family with two young children. Responsibilities include keeping the home organized and tidy, managing laundry, and cooking. The ideal candidate will provide care for a 13 month old (including feedings, diaper changes, nap routines, and developmental activities) and a 3.5 year old (school pickup, extracurricular activities, and playdates). Hours are M-F 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, with occasional overnight stays and local travel. The ideal candidate should be extremely proactive, exhibit outstanding judgment, and must have experience caring for multiple children.
