Full-Time/Live-Out/ Nanny – A Playful, Thoughtful Role with a Warm West Harlem Mom and Her Big-Hearted Preschooler

The Schedule: M–F: 40 guaranteed hours. School days typically 11am–6pm. Non-school days may be 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.
Occasional date night and rare overnights with advance notice
Start Date: ASAP
The Child: 4-year-old boy
The Family: Solo mom who is deeply engaged, communicative, and values true partnership
The Role: Morning transitions, school pickups, and engaging afternoons, Supporting social development through playdates, activities, and community outings ect.
The Pay: $33–$38 per hour gross rate
Two weeks paid vacation
Paid federal holidays

Weekly OMNY pass
Annual increase and performance-based growth
Overnight stipend when applicable
