Two busy dads with a 2.5-year-old girl and 4-month-old boy are searching for a second nanny to assist their family ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (flexible on days). The required hours are 7:30am-7:30pm with some ability to switch days with the other nanny or work extra hours being a nice to have. The family can add a half day on Mo or Friday to help the other nanny or assist with some cooking/organizing if 40 guaranteed hours are requested. Seeking someone with the ability to live in and travel to the Hamptons during July and August. $30–$33/hour (NET after tax) via W2 payroll plus paid vacation, holidays, metro and sick time
