The Schedule: Mon-Fri, up to 48 guaranteed hrs/week. Typical hours 8 AM-6 PM. Live-out in NYC; live-in with private accommodations in Washington, DC. Family is primarily in NYC with about 1 week/month in DC.

The Child(ren): 1 baby boy, healthy and doing well.

The Family: Warm, easy-going first-time parents who value communication, empathy, respect, strong values, and raising a kind, curious child.

The Role: Full infant care, age-appropriate activities, enrichment outings, light meal prep for mom and baby, and serving as the parents' trusted eyes and ears.
You: Warm, adaptable, positive, pro-vaccine, open-minded, and aligned with the family's values. Spanish and higher education are a plus.

Pets: No pets.

The Pay & Benefits: $35-$40/hr. 48 guaranteed hrs. PTO, holidays, sick/personal days, commuter stipend, healthcare stipend.
