An active and structured family is seeking a highly capable, organized nanny/household manager to join them long-term and take ownership of both childcare for a 10 & a 5-year-old and the day-to-day flow of the home.

Compensation: $35-$40/hr
Schedule: 40 guaranteed hrs/week. Mon-Fri, 11 am to 7 pm, with flexibility for longer shifts during school holidays + a potential split schedule in the summer.
Benefits: 5 days of paid sick time, 10 days of PTO, paid major holidays, a healthcare stipend, a continuing education stipend, and a family vehicle for on-the-job travel.
