We’re an active, nature-loving family in Bend, OR seeking a Family Assistant/Nanny for our two kids: Iver(7), a curious, big-brained adventurer, and Aysa(4), a fierce, fun-loving explorer. We're looking for someone emotionally grounded, playful, confident, and calm under pressure who loves, bikes, messy art, and can also help with kid meals, laundry, and tidying. You must be open to direct feedback, flexible rhythms, and frequent travel (including overnights). Iver is neurodivergent, so emotional attunement is key. Ideal hours are 35–45/week. Must b available for first overnight Aug 25–29. Bonus if you align with RIE/Waldorf/Montessori. This is a long-term role with real heart and adventure.
