About the Family: This welcoming family is looking for a nanny who will become a true partner and grow with them for years to come. With both children in school part-time, they’re seeking someone who can balance care with enrichment - bringing fresh ideas, flexibility, and a deep understanding of child development.

The right fit will have a genuine curiosity about children, the ability to connect with big emotions, and a knack for guiding and teaching in ways that truly resonate. They’re not looking for someone who simply “follows the rules,” but rather a thoughtful, adaptable, energetic nanny who understands children and can work alongside them as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Overall childcare
- Drive children to and from school and activities
- Child laundry
- Tidy common areas
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Prepare and cook children meals
- Plan engagement activities

Compensation:
- Pay: $30-$40/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 3 weeks (2 employee choice, 1 employer choice)
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 federal holidays
- Healthcare Stipend

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of full-time nanny experience
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Clean driving record and personal transportation
- Open to domestic and international travel - bonus!
- Vaccinations: Tdap (required) Flu (required)
