About the Family: This warm, high-energy family is looking for a true partner who can blend household management with hands-on childcare. Primary care will be for their two toddlers, while the two older children may need occasional after-school pickups and support with sports and activities. They’re seeking someone who takes initiative, jumps right in, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves—someone who says, “Let’s do this!”
The family has a great sense of humor and appreciates someone who can laugh with them, bring warmth and fun, and maintain thick skin in a lively, busy household. They truly value teamwork and hope to find someone who wants to be part of their rhythm for years to come.

Responsibilities:
Full childcare - primarily for the youngest two
School pick-up
Drive to and from activities
Child laundry
Household management (tidy common areas, organize closets, run/empty dishwasher, light housekeeping)

Compensation:
- Pay: $30/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks (1 family choice, 1 nanny choice)
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience
- Experience with young siblings
- Personal vehicle and room for 2 car seats
- Clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Willing to travel - BONUS!
