About the Family: This kind family is looking for a full-time nanny who is excited to build a long-term relationship and become a steady, trusted part of their household. Care will primarily focus on their baby while their older child is in school, with care for both children needed on school days off and during the summer. A key priority is finding someone who can comfortably follow the family’s established routines and daily schedule, helping maintain consistency, structure, and a smooth flow to the day.

They are hoping to find someone warm, kind, creative, and naturally engaging with children. The family enjoys cooking together and would love a nanny who is happy to include their little one in simple, everyday activities while also supporting early learning through numbers, letters, and age-appropriate play. Strong work ethic, loyalty, and clear communication are very important, and they are looking for someone who takes initiative while genuinely enjoying being part of a close, family-centered home.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare (primarily for the baby)
- Clean and sterilize bottles
- Child meal prep
- Following family's schedule and daily routines
- Fold child laundry
- Light housekeeping

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$27/hr gross
- PTO: 5 days
- Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays

Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of full-time nanny experience
- Newborn experience
- Knowledgable about milestone development
- Early Childcare background - BONUS!
- CPR and First Aid Certified
