Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

About the Family: This active, outdoorsy family is excited to welcome a new baby and a caring nanny into their lives! With mom on maternity leave for the first 4–6 weeks, the transition into the role will be smooth and supported. Their parenting style centers on reasoning, communication, and mutual respect, creating a thoughtful and collaborative environment. Their energetic toddler is full of life and curiosity—she loves trips to the park (just a stone’s throw away), arts and crafts, swimming, reading, and all things sporty. She attends preschool for a few hours each day. The family enjoys their time spent exploring farmers' markets, hiking, cooking together, and staying active. With both parents working from home part of the week, they’re seeking a nanny who feels like part of the team—someone who brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a playful spirit to their vibrant home.

Responsibilities:
Toddler care
Infant care
School drop off and pick up
Letting the dogs out
Tidy common areas
Household management tasks (child laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, loading/unloading dishwasher, household appointments)

Compensation:
Pay: $23/hr to start, but up to $30/hr when newborn arrives
Paid vacation/personal: 3 weeks
Paid Holidays: 6 major holidays
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of full-time nanny experience

Experience with toddlers and infants
Infant CPR and First Aid Certified
