About the Family: These loving, first-time parents are excited to welcome a long-term nanny who will grow with their family and play a meaningful role in their child’s early years. They are seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver with a strong infant background; someone known for their punctuality, sound judgment, and ability to remain calm and steady through infant crying or stressful moments.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who is comfortable maintaining daily logs and keeping parents informed. The family follows a zero screen-time approach and values hands-on, engaging care. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, their home offers plenty of outdoor opportunities, including stroller walks, a great backyard, and nearby libraries all within walking distance.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Tidy common areas/light housekeeping
- Child laundry
- Prepare, clean and sterilize bottles
- Drive child (activities, appointments)
- Child meal prep

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr gross
- Paid Vacation: 2 weeks
- Paid sick/personal: 5 days
- Monthly healthcare stipend

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience
- Infant experience
- Comfortable with dogs
- Comfortable with work from home parents
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
- Early Childhood Education - BONUS!
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Vaccinations Required: MMR, Tdap, Flu
