About the Family: This sweet family is looking for a nanny who is confident with infants and ready to grow alongside their child through the toddler years. They want someone who understands developmental milestones and brings that knowledge into everyday care.
They are looking for a nanny who takes initiative, arrives with ideas, and creates an enriching routine without being asked. As their little one becomes more mobile and curious, energy and enthusiasm will matter more and more.

Active and outdoorsy, this family enjoys working out and getting outside, and they would love a nanny who shares that spirit. They are warm, thoughtful people who are excited to welcome someone into their home for the long-term.

Responsibilities:
- Full childcare
- Child laundry
- Clean and sterilize bottles
- Light housekeeping (counters, vacuum, tidy common areas)

Compensation:
- Pay: $28/hr gross
- PTO: 5 days
- Paid Holidays: 6 major federal holidays (if on a working day)

Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of full-time nanny experience
- Comfortable with WFH parent
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Vaccinations Required: Flu and Tdap
- Personal vehicle and clean driving record
- Knowledgeable about milestone development
- Comfortable with dogs
