- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, guaranteed 16 hours. Would love it if someone had flexibility to swap days for a Monday or Friday on occasion. There may be opportunity in the future to grow the position to 30 hours per week if mutually agreed.

Their daughter is just 9 weeks old, and these first time parents are hoping to find someone who will stay with them as their family continues to grow, becoming a steady, trusted part of their lives for years to come.

The ideal nanny has hands-on experience caring for infants and brings knowledge, warmth, and a friendly presence to the home. This family values a real connection, so they are hoping for someone they genuinely get along with and who feels like part of the family.

Baby's care includes careful monitoring and regular medical appointments every couple of weeks. No specialized training is needed, just an attentive, caring nanny who can follow the family's lead.

Responsibilities:
- Full child care
- Clean/sterilize bottles
- Run/empty dishwasher
- Light housekeeping
- Family laundry
- Driving (to activities when baby is older)

Compensation:
- Pay: $25-$30/hr
- Paid Vacation: 2 working weeks
- Paid sick/personal: 1 working week
- Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays (if family needed care on a holiday, and nanny was available, overtime would be paid at time and a half)

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience
- Newborn experience
- Comfortable with parent at home
- Open to traveling with family
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Flu, MMR, Tdap
