Full-time nanny for infant

My wife and I are first-time parents, and our son, Archer, is 10 weeks old. We are searching for a nanny who is experienced with infants and would be available to care for Archer on weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, and occasionally, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Infant care - diaper changes, feeding, and playtime
Pet sitting for two teacup yorkies
Light housekeeping
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
