Dad works from home; his 2-year-old stays with him half the time. Energetic, curious, artistic toddler seeks a nanny experienced with big emotions and planning engaging play while encouraging independence. Must be organized, communicative, and share daily plans/updates plus developmental input. Duties: childcare, meals, laundry, errands, household management. Drug screening required. Start ASAP, long-term.
Option 1: 3 days/week 9 AM–7 PM, $34/hr, 30 hrs/wk ($53K/yr).
Option 2: 4 days/week 9 AM–6 PM, $31/hr, 36 hrs/wk ($58K/yr). Benefits included.
